Our weight loss programmes are for young people aged 8 to 17 who are overweight. Programmes include the UK’s original residential camps, day camps and community clubs all of which are founded on scientifically proven results not rivalled worldwide! .
Residential Weight Loss Camp
Forget everything that you know about fat camps! Our residential camp was Britain’s first weight loss camp, pioneered in 1999 it attracts people from all over the globe to Leeds. It remains the longest running programme in Europe and has an unrivalled amount of scientific evidence proving that what we do really works!

Weight Loss Day Camp
Our weight loss day camps set up in 2005 are modelled on our world-renowned residential camps programme, the only difference is, day campers don’t stay the night. The programmes run Monday to Friday throughout the school summer holidays.

Our Clubs programme launched in 2002, is a 12-week community programme for young people and their family members who would like guidance on how to lead a healthy lifestyle. Programmes run for 3.5 hours once a week either at the weekend or after school and are nationwide throughout the year. .
